Rentack operates the rental management platform at rentack.com for property owners, administrators, and prospective tenants.

This policy applies to personal information collected through Rentack and is guided by PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.

We use data to provide platform services, secure accounts, send communications, improve features, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with relevant property owners, service providers, and legal authorities when required.

Service categories include Cloudinary, Mapbox, hosting providers, and email providers; some may process data outside Canada.

Rentack uses cookies for authentication, analytics, and preferences. You can manage cookie behavior in your browser settings.

Location-related data (such as city searches and map interactions) supports search relevance and mapping features.

Do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields. Users are responsible for third-party data they submit.

We may generate aggregated statistics to improve the platform. Aggregated data does not identify individuals.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

We use standard safeguards including password hashing, HTTPS, and controlled access to protect information.

You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion where legally available via contact@rentack.com.

Rentack is not intended for users under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
