1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rentack platform (the "Platform"), including its website at rentack.com and any associated applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Rentack.

3. Description of Services

Rentack is a property management and rental CRM platform that enables property owners and managers to list properties, manage inquiries, communicate with leads, and track listing performance.

4. User Accounts & Roles

Rentack supports Administrator and Property Owner roles. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all account activity.

5. Property Owner Obligations

Provide accurate, complete listing information
Use lead and tenant data only for lawful rental purposes
Comply with applicable tenancy, anti-spam, and human rights laws

6. Lead & Tenant Data

Lead data is shared with relevant property owners for rental-related communication and must be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post fraudulent information, scrape platform data, transmit malware, or violate laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform content, features, and design are owned by Rentack. You receive a limited, revocable license for intended platform use only.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of submitted content but grant Rentack a license to use it to operate and improve the platform.

10. Third-Party Services

Rentack may use Cloudinary, Mapbox, hosting providers, SMTP providers, and Zapier. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties. Rentack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@rentack.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
